It is learned on December 21from TMTPost, XPeng Motors-W announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on December 21 that on December 21, 2022, according to the 2019 equity incentive plan adopted on June 28, 2020 and approved by the company’s shareholders on August 20, 2020, 1,485,500 Class A ordinary shares (accounting for 0.086% of the issued shares before this share issuance) were issued to meet the restricted portfolio.
