With a total area of 2,500 square meters, the largest NIO delivery center in Hunan officially opened

According to Red Net, on March 5, the NIO Delivery Center in Changsha Meixi Xintiandi officially opened.

This is currently the largest NIO delivery center in Hunan, with a total site area of over 10,000 square meters. The delivery center integrates functions such as new car delivery, showroom of all series of models, NIO House, maintenance and after-sales, vehicle beauty, etc., marking a new era of NIO’s services in Hunan.

According to reports, the delivery center has a total indoor area of 2,500 square meters, including exhibition halls and delivery areas. Among them, the delivery area covers an area of 1,965 square meters, with a total of 24 delivery parking spaces, and a peak of 60 vehicles can be delivered in a single day.
Before the official delivery, the delivery specialist will conduct a professional inspection of each car to ensure the quality of the car, and provide a full-process service such as car inspection, vehicle function explanation, registration, insurance, and photo taking at the pick-up site to provide users with a more professional and enjoyable vehicle delivery experience.
At the same time, it is equipped with multiple functional areas such as a spacious rest area, conference room, parking area, and delivery area, which can provide personalized car delivery ceremonies according to user needs. Here, car pick-up users can start a new journey with their car.

From 2018 to 2023, in Hunan province, NIO has developed nearly 6,000 users, 34 NIO swapping stations, 22 supercharging stations, and 30 destination charging stations. At the event site, NIO Senior Vice President of User Operations Wei Jian (Jim) interacted face-to-face with Hunan users and listened to the most authentic thoughts and experiences of users.
