It is learned from person familiar with the matter that Li Auto has set a goal of building about 300 ultra-fast charging stations within the year, according to news on March 10 from media outlet 36kr.

As reported, Li Auto has deployed about 10 stations in highway service areas so far.

Sun Guangmin, vice president of Li Auto and head of the charging network, once publicly stated that by 2025, more than 3,000 super fast charging stations will be built across the country.

Li Xiang, founder, chairman, and CEO of Li Auto said at the communication meeting that if 3,000 supercharging stations are established by 2025, the total cost will be 10 billion yuan.

Li Auto’s goal of building 300 ultra-fast charging stations this year requires an investment of 1 billion yuan.
