BYD debuted in Uzbekistan, three vehicle models started pre-sale


BYD reported that on March 16, BYD held a brand and product pre-sale conference in Uzbekistan and released three new models, including a pure electric model Han EV, two hybrid models Song PLUS DM-i and Destroyer 05.

A number of stores will be officially opened in March, where consumers can experience BYD’s latest new energy vehicle technologies and products.

Three pioneer sores located in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan, will open successively from March. They are BYD flagship store and technology museum, comprehensive large-scale BYD brand experience center and BYD city showroom, and together with consumers, they will open up the extraordinary experience of BYD’s new energy passenger vehicles.

BYD new energy vehicle in Uzbekistan

It is reported that BYD has formulated a long-term localization development plan in Uzbekistan. In December last year, BYD and UzAuto signed a joint venture agreement. The two parties will establish a joint venture company in Uzbekistan to focus on the production of new energy vehicles and related parts. The debut of BYD’s new energy passenger vehicles in Uzbekistan and the opening of pre-sales are a milestone in promoting the popularization and promotion of new energy vehicles in Uzbekistan and Central Asia.
