On March 21, NIO released the 2023 version of the Worry-Free Service and Worry-Free Insurance Plans.

The worry-free service and worry-free insurance cover more than 20 car usage scenarios, and provide a full worry-free service experience.

The minimum worry-free service is 11,600 yuan/year. The worry-free insurance is the exclusive service of NIO with insurance fee + 1580 yuan / year.

The worry-free service includes insurance agency, compensation agency, maintenance and other items. Even during the maintenance period, NIO also provides services such as transportation service and door-to-door tire repair.

The worry-free insurance is more suitable for users who do not use their cars often, are willing to spend more time, and independently and flexibly match services; and retains the most core items in worry-free service, including paint touch-up, basic maintenance, pick-up and delivery, door-to-door tire repair, transportation service and accident relief service.

Users can choose suitable service items according to their own car usage habits.
